1 General Terms

Baij99 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application. The Platform may also suspend or close any account without providing a reason, particularly if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets are closed before the event begins. Live betting remains open throughout the event.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, baij99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The maximum payout for a single bet is BDT 1,000,000 (one million taka).
• Any abnormal bets placed by exploiting a system or network error will be considered void.

Baij99 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or reject any bet, especially where match-fixing or other unethical conduct is suspected.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

9 Dispute Resolution

10 Terms Amendment Policy

Baij99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website at least 7 days before changes come into effect. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or via SMS.
